In her role as Chief Practice Officer for a multi-practice private group, Melissa demonstrated her operational excellence by doubling revenue within two months through strategic improvements in productivity and collections processes. Her leadership extended across three locations, where she managed comprehensive practice operations, from financial oversight to team development. Her hands-on experience includes assisting in complex procedures such as implant surgery, bone grafting, and general anesthesia monitoring.

Matee's background in healthcare administration and her natural ability to put people at ease makes her an invaluable part of our virtual front office team. When she's not helping patients navigate their dental care journey, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her rescue dogs.

Eve

Eve's passion for exceptional patient care shines through in every phone call and email. Drawing from her 6 years of experience in dental office coordination, she skillfully manages complex scheduling, handles insurance queries, and coordinates with specialists to create a seamless experience for both patients and providers. Her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish help ensure clear communication with our diverse patient community. Outside of work, Eve is an avid hiker and volunteers at local health fairs.
